Thank you for shopping at Eyewearlabs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not happy with your order, we have a hassle-free return policy that you can take advantage of.
- Return Window: You can return or exchange any product within 48 hours after delivery.
If you wish to return a product, you can choose between two options:

Refund in your Eyewearlabs Wallet: We offer store credit that you can use to shop on our website. The amount of the refund will be credited to your wallet within 48 hours after we receive the returned product at our warehouse.
Please note: A customer cannot exchange more than twice.

Exchange your existing product with another product: You can exchange your existing product with another product of equal or lesser value. Please note that you cannot avail new offers while exchanging. Please note: We do not charge reverse pick up charges for the first exchange, however if exchange is initiated more than once by the customer Rs.150 reverse charges are payable.
Bank Refund Eligibility Clause: Please note that our zero questions asked bank refund policy applies exclusively to products within the OKNO Select collection. Refunds for items outside this collection will be processed as per our standard return policy. Also the refund is applicable only when customer purchases the product without any discount codes.

Please note : If your order contains more than one pair of sunglasses, and you wish to return or exchange only one, we will still pick up the entire order with all items. This is to ensure that our return and exchange process is as efficient as possible.
Product Value Consideration: The selling price of the product at the time of purchase will only be considered at the time of return or exchange.
No New Offers: Customers cannot avail of new offers while exchanging the product.
Sunglasses bought using Buy 2, Get 1 Free are non-Returnable / Exchangeable
Damaged/Missing Products: If you receive a damaged or missing product, please raise the request within 24 hours with valid proof like an image of the parcel, image of the label, etc.
🔔 Please Note : We recommend that you make an unboxing video* as soon as you receive your order. This is just a precautionary step to ensure that in the unlikely event of an incorrect product being delivered, the issue can be escalated to the courier company with valid proof.
Tampered Parcel: In case you receive a tampered parcel, please make an unboxing video as proof and email it to support@eyewearlabs.com
Non-Returnable Products: Please note that printed t-shirts and prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses are non-returnable.
Manufacturing Warranty: The warranty covers any manufacturing defects or change in the color of the lenses due to light exposure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Contact customer care via call/email/chat to cancel an order
- Eyewearlabs will call you to understand the reason for cancellation
- If the order is cancelled, a confirmation email will be sent
- Prepaid orders will have a cancellation fee of Rs.100 deducted from the refund amount
- Orders cancelled after shipping will have a fee of Rs.200 deducted from the total amount
- For bundle orders with a discount applied to the entire order, the refund will be given after dividing the amount by two and subtracting any reverse fee if one pair is cancelled or returned
- Bank processing charges will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the total before the refund
Terms For Power Sunglasses :
- Eyewearlabs offers customized Power Sunglasses with lenses made specifically for each customer.
- Orders for Power Sunglasses cannot be cancelled once they have been placed because the lenses cannot be resold to another customer.
- If you receive a Power Sunglasses product with an incorrect prescription, we will provide a replacement product with the correct prescription.
- We cannot offer returns or refunds if the incorrect prescription values were entered at the time of order placement.
- If there is a mistake on our end with the prescription of your Power Glasses, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product via WhatsApp at +91 8591243665 or email at support@eyewearlabs.com with your order number and a video of the received product.
- We will process your request for a replacement as soon as possible.
